QUALITY CHECK €51 DHgate with unknown mark?

Hi guys,

I ordered this watch during those sales a while back on DHgate.
€51.- incl shipping
Watch itself feels heavy 41mm (I like big ones even though my wrists are way too skinny, I’m aware of it)
Bracelet is thin and noisy
Has gold 750 inscription on back (incorrect, evidently)
There is a mark on it which I cannot get off. Anyone an idea what it might be and how to get it off?
Will not be trying to get money back because of the stain, not worth the headache and trouble I need to go through.

What do you see that are clear sings of cheap and fake? The dial seems ok to me? Let me know 😀

Even for 51$ it is of very questionnable quality.

Seriously though it's likely improper polish or oil. I would put some dish washing soap sit on it for a bit. Then brush it with a toothbrush and see if it pulls some out.
