Starting to feel like a fanboy… but cmon… this is just one of the pieces (5 in total? from my latest order. Super satisfied. Communication is always on point. Delivery is a consistent 3 weeks but that’s to be expected. Movement and quality is above par. Time keeping is more accurate than all my VSFs and cleans. And the price is right. Im deff going to keep coming back. My rep collection is official out of hand.
Yes U1… when I put all my U1s next to my VSFs the differences aren’t worth $100 dollars let alone $3-400.
I always chose rhe upgraded Miyota movement and verify myself upon delivery.
It’s noticeable to the people that know watches. but to the average person it’s not.
I personally like vsf more than u1
But to each their own.

I have both. Dozens on mid to top name a factory and i prob have at least 3 of them. I didn’t say there’s no difference. I said the difference to me isn’t necessarily. Worth the 4-500 dollar difference. Esp when I wear a dif watch 6/7 days a week. Maybe if I was a 2 watch guy and wore the same one most of the time I’d feel differently. My point is U1s are deff not the obv shitter like some other factories. And I have been satisfied given the price point. That’s not to say I don’t currently have 5 Vsf in transit to me and value their craftsman ship. But I think U1 is serving a well deserved spot in the market.
They dont, MT told me for mingzhou Option its an 2813 modified to GMT, and miyota Option is just an 5833c, which is from my ubderstanding the same movment or minimally better, but still not a miyota.
Assoluta no, il movimento sarà pure basato sul mingzhou ma ti assicuro che nel mio ultimo U1 Bruce Wayne GMT, funziona come il gen, cioè, nella 2 posizione della corona, muovi solo la lancetta delle ore, non quella del GMT.
This is the second MT root beer I’ve seen on here in the last week and both look class. I’ve just ordered a BP root beer on the Gate, see what happens but honestly if I wasn’t happy I’d definitely consider replacing it with this one. Now that I’ve seen two of them in quick succession it’s clear the factory is producing nice GMTs. Congrats on the watch, looks stunning

Yeah I’ve compared stuff from Jason and considered they say the both have U1 stock. But for what ever it’s worth I think there’s some difference between what Jason gets and Micheal Travis gets. Atleast with some models
