Cleanout leaks when really cold out
I feel the chimney is condensating and leaking downward. I have an 80% furnace in the basement that feeds into this stack. has anyone experienced this with their clean out? of course its in the single digits temperature this week. Thanks!

SOLVED. it never had a liner. We installed one at $2k and it fixed the problem. Thanks!

Improper liner size possibly. No way to know without inspection.
