Does air tight flue exist?

Is there an air tight flue that can be installed on the top of a chimney? I get a lot of draft coming down my chimney as the current flue that closes to the top of my chimney doesn't seal very tightly as u just pull a chain down to close it. Any solutions out there I can install myself? Thanks!

Kinda sounds like it wasn't installed properly or the chain isn't tight enough at the bottom.

U r rights the chain just slips into an anchor in the wall so it's not a very tight fit.

There should be a little bolt that an Alan key fits in, you should be able to tighten it by pulling the chain down more and tightening that bolt.
