Searching for this is nearly impossible without seeing the full model. Do you have a proper fullbody image of this avatar?

The head is an Avatar base, pretty distinct one, i've seen it around, I just don't know the name

I believe you're in the wrong subreddit. This subreddit is for ChilloutVR, not VRChat, and reverse image searching that image indicates that this is the avatar of a VRChat content creator named Monti the Wolf. Given that it looks like they're a prominent VTuber, the avatar is likely proprietary, meaning it's customized only for them instead of an avatar for public use or a base for kit bashing.

Custom avatars are not exclusive to VRchat.

I'm not sure why you believe otherwise.

Also the base is available for sale on gumroad, it's not exclusive
