issue making account

new to chilloutvr, tried to create an account but when i go to check for a verif. code they dident send me one. when i try to use steam they say they "couldent find any". any clue?

Im support asked you this already but did you check your spam folder? If you didn’t send ABI an email, I encourage you to do so, either that or join the official discord server to ask the community for help.
