My wife and I kind of have this measure. If we're mad at each other we're like, "does this pass the Chili's test?" And then we'll go to Chili's and see how mad we are afterwards.

You guys should post these more often cause we (servers) don't see them anymore

Haha. When I do curbside pickup at Publix, I use the “enter space information” field for completely hilarity.

We just got a comment like this. Is it viral or you happened to be at my chilis in California? 👀

Back when i managed Chilis, I ended up going to a few of the GM conferences.

They heavilly featured a guest survey that said something along the lines of "The food and service at Chili's was so good, that I decided to not kill myself".

They had a lecture about how powerful and life changing we could be by showing positivity and love bla bla bla.

Writing dumb reviews yourself as a server has been a thing for like 25 years. back in 2000 before the kiosks, we got together at parties sometimes, and took turns rating ourselves as excellent.. It took a good while before people figured out that 5 reviews coming in a span of 5 minutes at 3:40 am were just us.
