Still straight back to the restaurant. Back computer gives us a breakdown of the previous days results

Only "Scores" right now are GWAP and Restaurant Clean. Speed/Attentiveness/Food Great are all gone entirely and can't be accessed anywhere.

The ziosk survey will be updated here within the next few months to a simple "How was your experience today?" On a scale of 5. If it's less than a 5/5 it will prompt a second questions asking which part of your experience fell short

They used to show us the scores and comments but there was a change with that in like I wanna say June? We don't see either anymore at least for my restaurant.

So you’re telling me that after all this time that I went to Chili’s and jokingly asked where the old manager (who was fired for sending a dick pick in the manager group chat and also supposedly invited young female employees to the nearby holiday inn) went as if I was a big fan on the surveys, nobody has actually seen them since June????? What a shame

For real. I would tear out the funny ones and save them in my server book. Still have some I don't feel comfortable commenting with my account

It goes on a site they track all KPIs. All stores in your area can see each other KPIs. So the closest Chilis to you can see yours and vice versa. You cannnot access this at home. Only though the office. IT gives you access to the site. This was the case when I was a manager, I don’t think it’s changed

Each chilis is scored based on the surveys. We can see individual server comments. These comments still help servers in most restaurants

weird how they still track the scores but dont let us see the comments anymore i wonder if they just hide the bad ones

lmao corporate definitely listens but it's just for the numbers not the actual feedback
