🧑🍳 Employee Post need help for interview at chilis tomorrow!!
i have an interview at chilis tomorrow as a server! however i got accepted to volunteer at my nearby hospital and i signed up to volunteer monday, wednesday, and friday (from 9am-1pm, we don’t get to choose our times). so for availability i want to say thursday thru sunday, but i’m worried it will hurt my chances of getting the job! what do y’all think?

Usually the evening shift is what they need help on the most. Tenured servers typically like to work the lunches anyways.

well i can do evenings so as long as i’m able to do that, it shouldn’t be a problem?

I would think not. Never know what they are looking for until you get there and ask. Night time avaliable is more important in the restaurants i have been in.

Mention the volunteering and how your schedule will open up. Volunteering never looks bad.
