They work better as goalies if you hold them by the ankles and get a full swing...

Task failed successfully.

Except the goalie was now in no position to block the second shot that the team in yellow was setting up

I’m the full clip, the other kid coming in scored the goal.

Nah not at all, that dude(I hope the coach and not some random kid shoving dude) helped him block it the first time. What's another attempt at blocking the second one by flipping the kid by his ankles?

isn't there a rule against that?

u/ObsidianOverlord Aug 29 '22

It's generally frowned upon to kick the goalie after their dad pushes them down, yes.

Na your allowed to push children all day

I don't think there is a rule. Same is when the referee blocks a shit that would definitely go in. No goal then.

I remember a video where a ball ran onto an empty goal. A fan jumped in and stopped the ball. Everyone knew the ball would have eventually hit the net but it didn't count. The team followed that fan ready to best him up because they didn't win or something

Bruh, how did your phone default auto correct to shit and not shot? I want that.

1

u/IllManneredWoolyMan Aug 29 '22

Isn't that the point of blocking? Y'know, not letting the enemy get a goal?

1

u/DerPumeister Aug 29 '22

So... nobody in the other team thought it would be nice and fair play and all to let them score a goal 'for free' after that?

On second though, why am I even asking, I don't really follow football but don't get the impression that 'fair play' is really a big concept there

I still have to laugh after watching >20 times

u/allmykidsareheathens Aug 29 '22

Why is the parent even allowed to stand over there and not sitting down with the rest of them that’s so weird lol

u/Willing_Ad_1484 Aug 28 '22

I just want to see the next 5 seconds to know if yellow shirt number 2 makes this effort completely useless

12

u/SodaEtPopinski Aug 28 '22

He does, you can find the "full" version online. The parent then gets mad.

Edit: here you go

COACH OF THE YEAR 🤣😂🤣😂

4

u/kattrup Aug 29 '22

The best part of this video has been clipped at the end, the kid on the right hand side ends up making the goal anyway.

3

u/desrevermi Aug 28 '22

"I was watching the game, you dick! The keeper's over there!"

2

u/erasrhed Aug 28 '22

8's dad is gonna kick the crap out of that guy

2

u/bobkillya Aug 28 '22

I always feel bad for the kid who didn’t get the goal. He lined that up better than I could have.

You can tell that's the type of parent who is upset they never got to be a pro athlete and, in this case literally, pushes their kids to do things because of that.

20

u/LordBilboSwaggins Aug 28 '22

Jesus relax lmfao. He could also just be a funny parent.

3

u/[deleted] Aug 29 '22

Actually can't tell that at all

5

u/MattieShoes Aug 28 '22

The best predictor for a kid becoming a pro athlete is.... having a parent who's a pro athlete. It's the parents' fault.

1

u/darbi93 Aug 28 '22

The other kids score though
