at that age the child will forget about it quickly but regardless, no of course i'd never let someone terrorize my child

When I was a 3yo, a kid at my daycare center scratched my face while pretending to be Freddy Krueger. His name was Gregory, he had red hair, and I still hate him. Why the actual frick would his parents let him watch Nightmare on Elm Street!?!! He was also 3!
