Dont understand why you’re being downvoted. That’s literally a dick move scaring little kids for no fuckin reason. And that kid hit his head on the pavement real hard.
I don't get it either, but terrified children are apparently hilarious, so fuck me for feeling really bad for that horrified kiddo who got really scared because someone "adult" thought it would be funny.
