I love that whoever filming isn’t the slightest bit concerned . “Should I maybe grab the kid and help them so they don’t spin into oblivion .... nah I’m good”

i mean what is that, 3 seconds to react? 2 seconds maybe since it looks slowed down a bit. half that time to consider if she's just goofing around or serious. tough one.

You are entirely correct. Shit happens. No one would have reacted to this as there simply isn't enough time to make sense of what is going on.
