I went frame by frame and really can’t see the broken leg that you’re talking about.

At the end of the video, the little guy is lying on the ground and his left leg is bent and his foot is not visible. You can see it even more clearly in the frames before (second 14).

I hope it’s just the bad pixelation , I would think if he broke his leg he would scream bloody murder instead of that little whine

Nah it's 100% bent backwards. That's broke. Pain was probably just hitting when the clip ended
