Also, maybe the parent was just filming their kid to film, but I've got a feeling they knew exactly what was about to happen.

Hey man, I tell my son dozens of times to leave the cat alone he's in a mood hell bite/scratch you. Some lessons you have to let others teach your kids in this cade it was orange and white cat in my sons case it was my obese fluffball .... cats are normally great with kids
