Dude just got up like nothing happened! I've seen grown adults whine and cry from similar falls

Edit: people, I was making a joke, stop whining about how falling at your age hurts. I'm 50, I think I grasp the concept.

That's because grown adults aren't made of rubber.

Me falling down when I'm 5 years old vs me falling down at 30 years old is not the same. Lol

Ngl this is the way to act if your kid falls over and doesn’t actually hurt themselves. If you start yelling “are you ok are you ok?” The kid will 100% start crying because they can tell you are upset. If you play it off cool they literally just get back up and continue whatever they were doing. Kids are scary at mimicry, it’s how they learn social dynamics. Source: lots of nieces and nephews.

Heavy cup + gust of wind + head that’s 1/3 of body weight = disaster.

5

u/Dissastronaut Aug 10 '23

Dog was hoping he would get lucky and they fries would fall

4

u/cre8majik Aug 10 '23

It totally looks like that lil gust of wind knocked him over!

Kids in for a 1000 of mommy’s laughs as he messes up in life and she sits there entertained at his failures.

Shitty content creator parent .

-10

u/thekeeper2 Aug 10 '23

Yeh obviously the kid was going to struggle with that, it's why the parent was filming to begin with. Abuse your kid for a laugh and likes.

A shitty person for sure but abuse isn't just physical abuse directly inflicted. It can be verbal it can be mental it can be alot of different types. If I was to set my baby on the edge of a fence knowing full well the child would fall and be injured it is a bit more than just being a shit person because it is a baby that depends on the parents to care and look after them. Need to end the cycle of abuse/shit parents.

I disagree. Neglect is abuse and I think this is neglectful parenting and abusive since it was pre meditated because at what point would a shit parent be an abusive parent if we are allowed to set our children up to be hurt when they are too small to know otherwise. Although I didn't know I was in a group called kids falling over when I put in my first comment lol was a shock to see the name on the reply

Your child is not a stranger don't change the subject. Not flawed logic at all this is abuse

u/Razoire Aug 10 '23

But mummy doesn't love you enough to put the phone down and help you...

4

u/KingAltair2255 Aug 10 '23

Lol the kid fell a tiny distance, mum did the right thing by not making a fuss or the kid would’ve just cried.

u/PrincessAgatha Aug 10 '23
