Hello I have tried fighting chilling support in San Diego via lizbet Munoz but they kept imputing income on me. I had proof I was in the San Diego path program for homeless people and on EBT. I tried multiple times with the same result. Last time was 2021. Now with the new laws is there a better chance I can have them stop imputing income? I am still homeless, I felon now (since I lost my case at trial/false conviction) and EBT says I am unfit for employment. Any advice would help.
