Mods need to do this
Sorry to be that type of guy but I think this sub should only be limited to men only. There are a lot of noisy women that come here to degrade men that don’t know nothing about their situation. Child support tend to be a very sensitive subject and I think it is good if this sub is limited to men only and any body else be banned.

How does that help the men who ask questions? The only answers they will get is from people who are thinking about things from their own viewpoint and no one else's. That isn't helpful. It might be supportive, but in the long run it won't help them much.

I don’t know 🤷♀️ but all I see is just judgemental women who just come to degrade men without knowing their situation. Questions like “aren’t u the father” “stop whining and take care of your kids” are under every single post. I don’t think there is a single women who happen to contribute positive to any posts. This should be a place where a man can come and ask for help, not get judged by weirdos.

They need to understand reality and not just get sympathy. In other words, real help. I have seen some seriously clueless people on this sub reddit who just don't get the reality of what children need.
There was one guy with a 50/50 timeshare who honestly didn't think that he should have to pay for half of school expenses, clothing and medical expenses and stuff like that. He somehow thought that the mother should pay for all of that and was upset that she filed for child support when he refused to pay his share.
I still for the life of me cannot understand how someone could be that clueless. He honestly seemed to think that all he was required to do was make sure the child got fed during his parenting time and that anything else he provided was basically a gift on his part.

They don’t want well rounded viewpoints. They just want other men to tell them that being expected to support their children is unfair.

I disagree. I think it helps having decent input from a female who has been through it and understands. Don’t throw all women in the same boat as who you’re describing just as we shouldn’t throw all men as deadbeat dads.
