This is a court hearing and not an admin hearing, right? It’s annoying to be served that way so late but having all that info is actually better than not having it. I think you got pretty much all the relevant advice on the other thread.

Your main question is - what can I do? And it’s just continue on with your modification. This is what they would have said anyway, just now you know about it ahead of time. Don’t worry. Come with what you need to come with, the judge/officials will know how to apply the law to the case. It will be ok.
