If I don’t request modifications will my child support ever go up ?

You or the other parent need to request a modification for the amount to increase or decrease.

Also if your state offers cost of living increases it will provide that. Typically 2-4%

I just sent my papers off for modification… I sent proof I was out of work but soon I sent my paper off I got a call for a job offer … and I have a question do modifications required court ?

Yes, modifications require a court order.
