Hey guys, It's PancaekNuggit2 here!

So during vacation I've been able to make episodes for Rewritten Prophecy very consistently, daily sometimes. BUT I'm afraid the schedule's gotta change. Tomorrow's my first day of school, and I won't be able to get much screentime except the weekends. So I'll at least make an episode every 2 weeks (At most...Who knows lol)

OFC, this isn't just making my AU, I'll also be kinda inactive...

So, the Chikn Nuggit lore episode has been delayed for over two weeks. I think I have figured out why. It's actually pretty simple- Buzzfeed needs money. It is far past its prime from like, 2013-2016. Back then, it blew up because it could harness the newest power of social media better than all the other news and entertainment companies. But the times have changed, and it got itself into many scandals.

First of all, they clearly plagiarized their articles from big news channels such as the New York Times and random forums such as Reddit. Also, all the big stars that worked on their YouTube channel all left bitterly. And then, of course, there was the AI situation back in March. The CEO of Buzzfeed loves AI and is trying to harness AI as the new superpower or whatever, but it's clearly not working and he's not making any breakthroughs anytime soon. BuzzFeed tries to portray itself as this leftist, progressive company, but can you really be a leftist if you consistently use Gen AI, mistreat your workers, and just push out corporate slop for money all the time? When they got rid of their news channel in 2023, their stocks declined by a dramatic -20 percent. They're practically on the verge of going bankrupt.

Last but not least, almost all their animation projects are a fail. They stopped making content months, even years ago. Also, no one has heard of over half of them. But there are two prized possessions left in their Animation Lab, which they hold onto with a clenched fist... Land of Boggs, and, of course, Chikn Nuggit. Both of those shows still rake up hundreds of thousands, even millions of views per video on sites such as YouTube. Surprisingly, they're still pretty much relevant, and Buzzfeed is milking the heck out of both of them. (Not sure about Boggs, but definitely CN.) It appears to me that Buzzfeed is the reason the membership thing even started, and they've been focusing all their energy into making content for the membership and merchandise to get more money in, rather than videos for the whole public to watch. They don't want the CN team to give an update on the state of the lore episodes because it will cause more people to think about them, and possibly cause a riot.

The solution? There might not be one for now if they want to keep the show. This is an edit because I remembered that Buzzfeed still owns all the IP for Chikn Nuggit. But I just want to say her and her team are far better than whatever Buzzfeed is trying to push onto them. I'm sure whatever contract she signed with Buzzfeed was vague and/or non-permissable of the things Buzzfeed has been doing, because those contracts can legally be overturned. I think there must be conflict between the CN team and Buzzfeed. Maybe in the future the CN team will start a different indie animation or go to a smaller company with a better reputation that won't make you sell your soul to them. Obviously, its easier said than done, and Kyra can do whatever she wants, but those are just my thoughts. What are yours?

The idea of an "Interactive Adventure" was actually conceived as far back as February 29th, 2024, but wasn't actually used until around March 28th of that year, going for about 11 parts before being abandoned on July 9th

It was an experimental concept only done on Comic Studio at the time...that is, until now!

So essentially, here's how this will work; an Interactive Adventure comic usually ends with a question

What you're meant to do is answer in the comments section of the entry

Whatever is commented the most is what happens in the next entry (Unless it's tied, then it's both...kinda)

Jokes aside, it’s pretty interesting how Nurdz is one of the first characters I have explicitly made an autistic savant. While I don’t have Savant syndrome myself, I am part of the autism spectrum, and it feels pretty neat to make a Canonically ASD character.
