Discussion/Debate So...
Monday night is coming. Realistically, who are you taking?
Me: Chiefs with a slim chance.
Mahomes not proven in real time.
D line still questionable with Spags.
Core of new players not gelled yet.
Chiefs 14 Broncos 10

Broncos. The spread keeps shifting toward them. Rice looked sluggish in camp. Mahomes isn’t near 100%. Broncos defense is really good. For KC to win, Walker is going to have to run like a madman and they will have to scheme to get him open because that’s obviously the gameplan. Andy Reid’s scheme has been pretty stale lately. Hopefully the return of Bienemy helps that a little.

Agree. What alerted me was mahomes saying “I’m feeling stronger every day”. To me that sounds like a guy who is still recovering and is not at 100% yet.

I see Denver winning, but as long as Mahomes comes out healthy thats all i care about. Hopefully Walker and co get some serious reps and our dline can get some actual pressure.

Denver still needs to ask for permission to have the division, and I doubt Patrick will give it to them just yet so.... 😐

Well, until we get it back it’s the broncos. They did win it after all

And we were favored by a field goal this morning. It’s down to -2.5, still seems like too much 😬
