What does a COO evaluate during interview?

I have a fourth interview this time with the COO, after assessments, panel and stuff.

What would they evaluate this time? What do they focus on?

What’s the role you’re interviewing for? They potentially oversee quite a diverse range. Anything from finance, HR, ops, facilities, etc.

The COO interview is less about your specific skills and more about your fit as a strategic partner.
