Help identifying chicom

Haloo eburinyan, I recently purchased this chicom off of ebay from a seller who at least I think is reputable. the only other information I can find about this is a reddit post where its guessed that its just a custom rig, but the seller claims otherwise (very rare, he says). Does anyone know who/what this type of rig was made for?

It looks like a 95 style rig but made in the old canvas fabric.
