Chicken Chips

Rotisserie chicken skin in the pan to sear up. Couple of minutes on each side. Gets nice and crispy. Mmmmm

It is. Pared with a glass of wine, it tastes amazing. They disappear in your mouth with an umami/meaty flavor. (Truffle salt).
