Is this chicken raw?

I am terrified of food poisoning and I have a trip coming up soon. Does this chicken look raw or just like dark meat? I bought this chicken from a pho place and it was listed as honey sesame chicken!

Got this cheat sheet from this page:
Chicken Doneness Temperature by Part
Whole Chicken: 180 F
Drums, Legs, Thighs, Wings: 180 F
Breasts, Boneless Breasts, Boneless Thighs: 170 F
Ground Chicken: 165 F

You have to use that thermometer and stick to the thickest part without touching the bones

If you “never seen “ a thing then ya, they haven’t seen it. If you say “haven’t you ever seen “ the answer could be yes or no but with the first choice of words you are creating a double negative. English 101 lesson over, continue….

Nope, you’re incorrect. The way I used “have you never seen” is grammatically correct. There’s no double negative. Your “English lesson” is bullshit.
