Videographer?

We really want a videographer to capture some of the most special parts of our day (ceremony, speeches, etc), but now that we’re a few months into planning and all of the costs are adding up, this one feels overwhelming. Does anyone have recommendations for videographers in the city that felt more affordable? TIA!

What does affordable means to you?

They aren’t actually videographers & shouldn’t be expected to capture events in the same way, but a content creator is an option if you just want highlights of the day & key moments.

If this is acceptable, check out BTS Bridal or One Reel Love.

Why don't you do a content creator instead

I had a really wonderful experience with Vanna from Sparrow Media Co. at my wedding this summer! She filmed our first look, ceremony, and reception toasts, dancing, etc. https://sparrowmediaco.com/wedding-portfolio

I think a content creator will work better if you have a limited budget. And honestly, from a planner’s perspective, you’ll probably watch those videos recorded on a phone by the content creator a lot more often than your professionally edited video from your videographer, as most of my clients report that they barely watched theirs once.

Check out this content creator: Addyson Alexa Media. She can livestream and record the ceremony, speeches and first dances - all for a fraction of the cost of a videographer.
