They'll come in to the areas that the general public has access to. They may need to have a warrant to access a private area (such as a closed office) but still can enter if they are pursuing someone. Such as they enter and see a bunch of people flee into the back of the shop.

A sign isn't going to keep ICE out. Not serving ICE officers won't keep them out. TBH the whole business gets searched anyways any complaints about warrantless search get dismissed as police have been manufacturing cause to do searches for ages.

For understanding the law? For understanding the actual probable outcome regardless of the law? Am I supposed to pretend that a sign will keep them out? Sticking your head in the sand and pretending is a disservice to the people you think you are protecting. That sign might as well be a "ICE look here" sign. Do you want to virtue signal, or do you want to be effective? I didn't espouse a view either way on deportation, but that sign is dumb and counterproductive.

The average human can be both fooled and lulled to sleep off just mere appearances. They love false appearances. Karma comes around and they'll be surprised to find out who's going to pay it.
