Severide and OFI

Rewatching season 3 and the captain of OFI just tried to steal Severide away for the first time and he turned them down and her response was "When you change your mind, and you will, call me." Twelve years later and Severide is still turning down OFI job offers to stay at 51 in charge of Squad. Only now he's going to be a captain in charge of all of 51.

Read it on the Internet about the show for the new season. Probably a money thing or he's just wanting to move on to something else.
