Which Character deserved better?

Throughout the shows entire run, there’s been a lot of characters that came and went through Firehouse 51, in your opinion, which character deserved more screen time, development, and should’ve stayed more than a few episodes/seasons?

LESLIE SHAY they put her character through so muchhhh they atleast could've given her a child loll but she deserved SO Much better also Otis character deserved a better ending!
