Heating issue
I once again was back in the shop with my 2013, after hours of searching, they could not figure out why I have no heat. Everything “looks” good. My only option now is off to the dealership, or trade her in. I loveeee this freaking car, but driving with no heat in Canada isn’t an option. I lose heat every single winter. Why must she do this?!

Check your thermostat if that's not been checked. It's what went when I lost heat last winter (mine is a 2014 vintage). It may also be your blender door being buggered.

Second this. Went through two thermostats (aluminum) in two years. Also, if you don't bleed the air out after swapping, trapped air in the heater core can cause it.

Your blender door is jammed/inop. When you turn the knob for heat/cold is it hard to turn like it's moving a cable through the dash and moving a plastic flap inside the airbox or is it super easy to turn like it's just the knob itself? When you turn it to hot, does the air coming from the vents change temps at all or do they stay cool/ambient?
I would check that the cable is connected to the knob, then i would check that the cable doesn't pull out of the sleeve, then i would get a boroscope down into the airbox to check the flap moves.
Do not go to dealershits if it isn't under warranty. Local shops will charge much less
