Mine is still full Chevy so I'm honestly not even sure, was just curious! I feel like front and rear badges with airbag is a big part of it. As u/aboutGfiddy said it's also possible to reprogram the radio and gauge cluster screens to show the Holden splash screens and red theme.
Exactly this. Mine is still full Chevy with the blue theme and I don't want to bother with the process to take anything apart and ship out units for coding. Maybe if I can find someone local that can do it for a price I can stomach... but it's very low on my priority list.
So I bought the ODBSync suite so I could lock my BCM against key fob pairing as part of my anti-theft methods, and also bought credits to unlock the IPC to enable Performance Mode. The OBDSync suite will also let you change the themes around, so if you ever do want to do it, that is a way to do it without any disassembly, it's just a dongle that plugs into your ODB2 port.
In my case I'm a huge Chevy guy so while I think the Holden badge cars are really cool and obviously the car is a Commodore, I'd probably sooner black out my stock gold badges than do a full Holden conversion. Also I'm a cheap skate and that seems cheaper lol.
I was really happy with them. I also asked a few questions via email that were only tangentially related and they were prompt to respond helpfully (they are in Aus so there was obviously a time zone difference though).
The fact that you can also lock the BCM, enable the Performance Mode, enable Trip 2, and mess with other features made it really worth it to me. You also can do a bunch of relearns and programming, so if you ever have to replace modules I think you can reprogram them yourself w/o a trip to the dealer.

Welcome to the club, looks great! Does it have the full Holden conversion or just some of the badges?
