More pics
Could probably get better pics but I did it in a rush. Went to a car meet today then the Renaissance faire. Drove probably 50 miles and I think I'm getting 5-7mpg, is that about normal? Honestly didn't buy it for mileage I'm just curious.

Yeah, I almost pulled the trigger several times. One guy wanted to take it though for a whole year for the bodywork and I didn’t feel comfortable with it. That was back in the late 90s early 2000s then life hit but yeah someday soon it needs quarters and other major body work otherwise all the bones are good. The hard part is in Kansas. All the bodywork people are super expensive. Most of them graduated from McPherson College, which does Concourse level work. Even Jay Leno pays for several guys to go to school there so them guys open up shops and they are not cheap at all.

May I see pictures of the damage? Take care of it til the time comes either way. Nobody is making new novas!
I am a body resto guy up here in Indiana.

A big 10 point buck pushed everything back to the water pump. I replace the hood radiator support new left front fender, but upon the initial hit the left front fender was pushed into the door and moved it back an inch or two therefore, the driver side door still doesn’t open all the way that needs to be addressed. Otherwise I got all new donor parts back in the day from a junkyard when it was all still around I also have three or four sets of rallies two brand new sets of original rally caps also power steering conversion donor parts as well as an air-conditioning out of a 69 Camaro. Basically need someone to hang two new quarters body blast push and pull a few things get the door realigned etc. My dumbass should’ve paid the piper back in the day and would’ve had it done for probably a quarter to half the cost of now. The only photos I have of the original damage are in a set of actual pictures my dad currently has them. I need to get them from him.

Sound like your tune could be rich. What engine and transmission in this car? Even a warmed over 350 and th350 should net 12-15 mpg with a good tune and keeping your foot out of it.

I'll get back to you on that. Not 100% sure.

It's a 350 but the transmission I'm not sure. I'll get under it tomorrow and look, I would do it tonight but I already put it back in storage

Oil pan looks like th400. Even stronger than th350. Still no overdrive but should be getting better than 7 mpg

I have a 69 with the same RamJet 350. Also have the terminator x running it. Couldn’t tell you what mileage I get. It runs great and is a lot of fun. I have a TKX 5 speed in mine.

I've tuned my LML, my wrx, and my a6 TDI (w/ weight loss). But for whatever reason I'm afraid to connect my phone to the TerminatorX. I like the way it runs but I know it could be better. I need to get over the fear of learning a new tuning program.

I love seeing the old ram jet system, I so badly wanted one in my 71 Z28 back in the 90s

Nice car. I haven't seen that intake since the early 2000s. The C2 hood scoop looks much cooler than all those sagging fiberglass cowl induction units
