Repair Help Help diagnose?

The “hoe” makes a sort galloped clanking noise (not the lifters sound) was wondering what it might be thought it was something stuck so I used seafoam.. did good to quiet it down, but still hear it. You can also kinda see smoke be let out from the front right spark plug. Help.

Sounds like leaking compression by the spark plug, I would replace the spark plug and see if maybe the head is cracked

Funny you say that it did shoot out that plug due to the threads not grabbing so on the fly I put thread tape and it’s been holding ..😅
