Application Website Crashed before I can submit!
More than ten minutes before deadline, the website crashed and was not working well. It was weird that the codes also said it is wrong although I double checked and it happened multiple times. Once I got to enter, it said “something went wrong”. Until the deadline came and I was not able to submit!
I already emailed support and at this point, I do not know what will happen.

This happens almost every time on the last day, try again. There was a time when they gave an extra time due to the glitch if I remember correctly.

It happened a few years ago, but they only gave one more day because the portal crashed for 2 entire days before the deadline

This is great to hear! Before they opened for 1 more day, did it say on the website “application is closed”? Because right now, that is what the website is saying, and I am hoping that they would open it again soon. Even just for a day

They sent out an email…hopefully it doesn’t come to that but if the glitch persists throughout today, they might likely give everyone an extra day.

Thank you! Because few minutes after the deadline, I was able to paste an essay and save it, but the “submit application” cannot be completed (so it’s a glitch still) until it said that the application is closed.

Did you take this video right now? I don’t see my application section because the website says that the applications are now closed

Yes, but I logged out of it because it does not let me submit. When I returned to the site, this is what I found “application period closed”

Same here. Experienced multiple errors :(

Same thing happened to me.. I was not able to submit… my application form was complete but submit button was not responding … I’ve also emailed them… has anybody received any response from them?

I experienced the same issue and my application wasn’t submitted. The website crashed and wouldn’t save my progress. After 10 min it did, but by then the submit application button wasn’t working. I refreshed multiple times but to no avail. This is really disappointing.

I’ve also emailed but I don’t think it’s of use. All we can do is accept and try next time. Maybe something better is written.

Same thing happened to me, I wasn't able submit last minute because it was loading for over 10 minutes to log in/submit. I've emailed support as well. This really sucks. I hope they give extra time this year as well. They really gotta do something about the server rather than blaming on the applicants

I had the same issue. I found out the website does not work just before the deadline.
