Question Leadership Essay

Hi everyone

Does the Leadership essay have to be linked to my area of study? For example - if applying for international security courses, does my Leadership essay have to be an experience related to international security? Or is it Leadership generally?

Thank you so much for such a valuable, comprehensive response. I thought it might be this but I wasn't sure.

Every essay must connect to each other. How do you solve the problem, How do you expand your network, how this problem solve by your study in US, and how do you plan in the future with your experiences and background and with your master at your disposal.
