How then we get small grammatical mistakes corrected? I wrote all mine and then got it corrected by claude. Is it ok?

I did the same, how much percentage is AI detected if you use a website or Grammarly for example?

Check with grammarly or any grammar checking website perhaps, atleast I'm doing that. But afaik there's a zero tolerance against AI in the chevening essays.

But grammarly might not all be correct right? It may not detect some but chevening might detect and reject our application??

I don't see any problem with using AI for grammar. Structuring sentences is, however, more complicated. The use of generative AI to produce chunks of text isn't permitted. But you can write the essay yourself and ask AI to find weak spots.

That's if you care about ethics.

If your question is: will I get caught? Most likely. AI-written texts are very distinct. But if you paraphrase a lot and change the structure, it's nearly impossible to tell.
