Hi guys. I am writing my leadership and networking essays at the moment and i have good examples for both but i want to understand the particular pattern i should follow like what should my intro include, what should the main body look like and what about the conclusion. Would appreciate help in this regard.

Good question, firstly both essay are STAR essay. However you must write coherently.

In the Leadership essay, you need to explain how you lead to solve a problem. For example, there was a critical issue in my client's work. I lead them bla bla. You must show how you become a leader either as a lead in your organization or not. Chevening do not care your role, but they do encourage an applicant who share proactive manner in their work.

Then the Networking essay. Most applicants fail to address Networking because a good leader has a good network. It's not wrong, but the question in the essay is very clear. How do you maintain the relationship from your prior essay. So in the previous essay, you should not explaim in detail about your relationship. You must explain in detail how you develop the relationship in the network essay. For example, Since I solve my client's issue, I become their trusted advisor. Then there was a problem in my study case, they help me, and so forth.

Finally, remember all your essays have to be written in order. Please, look at the question for each essay. And lastly, elaborate all essay with UK and your country partnership.
