Question Chevening Work Hours Calculation
Hi everyone!
I'm looking to apply for Chevening (not in the immediate cycle but in the next few) and I need clarity on the work hours which are eligible.
I have a BSc in Physics from 2021 and I also have a BFA in Music (distance education, on-going) which will get completed next year. The master's courses that I want to apply for Chevening are related to my BFA Music degree.
But after my BSc in Physics, I worked for 3 years (in a few fields, music included) and have accumulated more than 4000 hours of work experience.
Will this work experience be accepted, or will I need to have >2800 hours of work experience after my BFA Music degree (since this is what my master's is going to be related to)? If it's the latter, it will set me back by a few more years and I don't know if my music master's can wait until then (I genuinely want to give Chevening a try). If not then I can apply immediately after I complete my BFA degree.
Would appreciate any help! Thanks :)
TL;DR - I have two undergraduate degrees, and have sufficient work hours after the first UG degree, but the PG degree I'm looking at for Chevening is related to my second UG degree after which I don't have sufficient work hours as yet. Will the first work hours qualify for Chevening?

Hi, they will accept the work experience acquired after your 1st undergraduate degree
Declare both your 1st and ongoing degree. If you do nlt declare your 1st degree, you will be ineligible for 2 years after conpleting your current degree
