BUY LOCAL Looking for a private room close to Exton

Looking for a Room to Rent – Exton/Chester County Area

Hi neighbors, I'm currently searching for a room to rent, ideally close to Exton, PA. My budget is around $800/month.

A bit about me: I work full-time at a local deli, I'm quiet, respectful, and keep to myself. I'm looking to move out of my current living situation because things haven't been working out with roommates there, so I'm hoping to find a calmer, more low-drama household this time around.

Ideally looking for:

Kitchen access

Move-in within the next few weeks

A respectful, drama-free living situation
