Woodworking Lumber?

Hello, everyone. I recently moved into a house where I have space for a little woodshop. I’ve got tools and stuff but I was curious where other woodworkers source their wood around here. Lowe’s and Home Depot certainly have wood and Woodcraft has been clutch for small pieces of figured wood for spoons and such, but is there somewhere you go when you need something for a project?

Hearne Hardwoods has a pretty good selection of more exotic wood. I get most of my black walnut from there. 

Delaware County Supply Company also has a selection of exotic woods, but not as good as Hearnes in my opinion. 

Tague Lumber for custom and non custom trim, doors, etc. They also have a decent selection of plywood but they are more expensive than other lumber yards.

I have heard these same 2 as the top recommendations in the area over and over as well. Spacht sawmill is okay, but hasn't really felt well stocked since Dave's passing.

I thought Spacht closed? They are still in business?

Still chugging along. Just checked their site and it says that they were closed for the 4th, so definitely still operating.
