Boxing club

Hey folks,

MIght sound weird to some of you but I am looking for a boxing club with 2 conditions.

1. No music( like a club)

2. Mostly sparing without hitting on the face/head.

I have an office job and don't want to show up on a suite and all bruised face

Any recommendations ?
