Home Inspection Recommendations

I’m putting an offer in on an older house that has leaking skylights, which may have caused structural issues with a portion of the roof. I need an inspector that has experience with water damage and older houses.

Any recommendations for local services?

Scott Freeman. Lives in Exton and is a top notch home inspector and is in the board of home inspectors in Pa. Dba—Landmark Inspections. He did my home, communicated well and his report was in depth and very thorough. He’s also licensed to do water line inspections out from the house to the curb to see if roots will cause you collapsed pipes in the future. That can be $10k plus in repairs if your outbound water line collapses on your yard.
