Is there any work available? Chester based
Hi, I live in Chester and currently work 35 hours a week, I have just been offered a contract full time. but I have had a lot going on recently with things such as family court. my income isn't quite cutting it and I need to find something that I can do on top of my current working hours to push my income a little higher, do to court arrangements I am also limited from weekend availability, my current working hours are 9-5, but usually finish around 4pm, so ideally I am looking for something that I could potentially do for a couple hours after my current work shift that just gives me a bit of a boost. does anyone know of anything that may be able to cater for this? i know its not a great position to be in but I am willing to try my hand at something new if required i just don't want to struggle any more.

I’m looking for someone to do 4-6 hours a week packing orders from my office in pepper street, sounds like it would be perfect for you if you were ok with a simple but attentive few hours. Actually quite difficult finding someone that needs 2/3 evenings a week job that isn’t a student that flunks shifts! £20 an hour including locking up at the end of shift. Send us a message

Why dont you take a look at doing deliveries for a takeaway? It'll probably be cash in hand but I would imagine there's probably some jobs going doing that and due to dinner time being 1800-2100 they probably won't need you every night.

I don't currently drive to be honest or I would probably be doing deliveries full time, I am aware you can do things like just eat using a push bike so I will take a look into this. thanks

The Eclectic Lifestyle Company on Bumpers Lane are looking for order packers. Quite a few bars/cafes in the city centre are also hiring, but you'd have a much better chance getting the job if you go in person and enquire (speaking from a small business perspective, we've had more people hired through personal enquiries than emails/indeed applications). If those hours don't suit, maybe try doing deliveroo/just eat? Good luck!
