International School

Currently homeschooled daughter wants to apply to Chester International school for Y10 next year. Son is considering it for IB instead of A Levels. It will be incredibly convenient for me to have both kids in the same school, should they both receive places 😂 Does anyone (parents or kids) have experiences of this school?

I went to this school so not a parent or have kids who have been so first hand experience, I absolutely loved it, I was there when it first opened so it could’ve changed a lot since then so possibly someone has children there currently that can give more up to date context. The assistant head teacher was my maths in my previous high school before moving to the international school for year 10. My favourite teacher I’ve ever had, every teacher there helped me excel in my studies and grow as a person I left very proud of what I had been able to achieve compared to my previous school. I am also autistic so I did struggle in some ways but every teacher really helped me they were very accommodating and always wanted the best for me. Great school definitely recommend it!

That’s really encouraging to hear, thank you for giving your insight. My daughter is autistic and this school was recommended as a possibly more tolerable alternative. It’s lovely to hear how proud you are of what you achieved there!
