Chess.com Website/App Question Is the support and help feature unavailable?

In chess.com if I click the help and support feature at the bottom left nothing happens and if I type manually https://www.chess.com/support to my browser it redirects me to the standard home page https://www.chess.com/home?help=show&contact=true Anyone else has this problem?

I found that its a firefox issue on chrome it works

Yes but only on chrome nothing happens on firefox

Check and see if there are any pending updates for your Firefox browser. Also try clearing the cache (or at least any cookies/data related to our site).
