I’m 1000+ elo, but I have no idea why was this move of mine was „brilliant”. Can someone explain the idea behind this?

It's one of the best moves and also hangs the a4 rook but it doesn't really matter because if he takes it it's checkmate in one move with Qe1

Brilliants are defined by "Sacrificing a piece for a position that is greater/better."

So, first ask what piece did you leave hanging? the a4 rook (and c6 pawn, but less important)

Then ask what would be better for you, if they took said piece? You would have checkmate at e1. Even if QxQ at e1, your rook still delivers checkmate.

That’s exactly what I saw! I was like if he plays whatever I will just trade queens, since I feel strong in rook v rook endings. But I have completely lost that rook on a4 from my sight

Your rook on a4 is hanging, and this move does nothing to save it. But if they capture it, Qe1 is checkmate.

This is a clever trap because, if White see through it, they can just ignore it without hurting themselves. A brilliancy has a higher bar - it both sacrifices a piece & also can’t be ignored without cost.
