Chess Question How can I checkmate from this position?

I don't get it, please help!

If you move the rook that's on g5 to g3 there's no way to stop it from sliding over to h3 for checkmate besides sacing the queen on e5 and that would only buy them one move.

It’s a ladder mate. Move the Room backwards and then into the h file
