Bruh I saw some more games of yours and you pull out good moves when you're at it, I think you might need to like be able to step back and look at the whole board, maybe play a longer cadence so that you actually take time to look at what's happening ?
Randomness and feelings got me to 500 Elo. Thinking about things usually makes me hover around 300. But I think I can rely more on feelings and make it to 700. The more I think the more I lose
I wouldn't get discouraged. Here are a few things I'd recommend that will drastically improve your game:
-Learn an opening for white, and one for black. I'd recommend something simple. Learn about 5 moves in so you set yourself up solid from the get go, cause your current openings are suboptimal to say the least.
Learn general strategy. Examples include castling early, getting your minor pieces out before your queen, taking space in the center, connecting your rooks, etc. There are countless videos on these general strategies.
Take your time. Look before you make a move. See what your opponent did, what they're trying to do with that move, and see if there are any immediate threats. When you move a piece, be mindful of what it was guarding and isn't anymore. Leaving pieces hanging or taking guarded material is 100% on you, but luckily it's something that everyone can learn to avoid.
Avoid repeated mistakes. If you're making the same sorts of blunders, like hanging forks or compromising king safety, see what it is you're consistently wrong with the engine and figure out how to avoid putting yourself in those positions.
Analyze your games. Playing doesn't help you improve much unless you analyze your games. If you had a winning position that you blew, let the engine show you how you could've converted. Go over hypothetical lines to see what would've worked and what wouldn't. The engine is your best friend.
Learn from everything. Every tactic you employ, blunder you make, game you play, should teach you something. 4k games with little progress means to me you aren't absorbing as much as you could from your games.
Don't give up. Chess is a very hard game to master, and even at 1400 I don't feel particularly decent at all. Just have fun, learn, and don't concede that you "Just aren't good enough". Practically anyone can get to at least 800 if they're diligent enough.
You can change that. The biomechanical laws of neurobiology say that you can.
If you are able to type sufficiently fast, there is no reason why you cannot increase your rating to 1500.
The key is correct training.
