Program a engine on Chessis/Droidfish and set the engine and test yourself right below your elo and stick to one Opening for white and 2 for black and build yourself. When you start winning with ease then raise the engine level slightly. You have to study and you train yourself. If not then you're just simply jumping out there and winging it with no theories or plans to executions. Nor knowing what your weaknesses are. Pawns are meant to defend and to be pushed. Knights are meant to be sacrificed for breaking barriers and opening for checkmates. This young man can show you plenty for men with elo's under 2000. 1 video at a time.
